Spring and summer availability 2023
Have you booked your holidays yet? I haven’t but then I don’t really need to go anywhere as I live in East Prawle all the time - lucky me! Gorgeous beaches beneath gorse-strewn cliffs, sea swims with the odd seal for company, a legendary pub where I might catch a crazy band playing, a walk through bluebell woods to catch the ferry to Salcombe and that’s just Monday!
Would you like to try it out if only for a week or two? I have some availability in the holiday cottages at Prawle Point in May and June and even the odd week left in July and August during the school holidays. Why not pop down to celebrate the coronation of King Charles on May 6th? A beacon will be lit and there will be all sorts of fun and games on the green. Or how about June? The days are long, the skyscraper hedges are bustin’ out all over, the sun is always shining - yes, it is - and everywhere is open but not too busy…
If you’ve been before, you won’t need much persuading but if you haven’t yet made it to Devon’s most southerly cottages, do come and stay. The prices have pretty much stayed the same as last year which is unusual I’m sure you’ll agree. Even the high season weeks start at £33 per person per night - that’s with sea views, spectacular gardens tumbling down to the edge of the coast path, parking, cleaning, no booking fee - total bargain!

I can’t do anything clever like ‘instant book’ but if you send me an email I’ll book you in or answer any questions you may have. Or, just choose your preferred cottage and week and fill in the booking form which will come straight to me - I will answer asap I promise.
Kate & Martin’s - the largest cottage sleeps 6 plus 2 but is also very comfortable for 2 - Friday changeover from £950 - £1850 per week
Emma & Tim’s - sleeps up to 5 - Friday changeover from £850 - £1500 per week.
Jenny’s - sleeps up to 5 - Saturday changeover from £800 - £1400 per week
