Rates 2025 - Saturday to Saturday bookings only
High season: July 5 to September 6; Christmas and New Year weeks; May half-term May 24 -31 - £1400 per week.
Mid season: Easter, April 11 to 25; May to July 6 excluding the May half term; September 6 to 27; October half-term - October 24 to 31 - £1000 per week.
Low season: September 26 to end of April excluding the October half term, Christmas, New Year and Easter weeks - £850 per week.
Note to rates: The house is suitable for up to five adults
