Rates 2024 - Saturday to Saturday bookings only
High season: July 6 to September 7; Christmas and New Year weeks; May half-term May 25 to June 1 - £1400 per week.
Mid season: Easter, March 30 to April 6; May to July 6 excluding the May half term; September 7 to 28; October half-term - October 26 to November 2 - £1000 per week.
Low season: September 28 to end of April excluding the October half term, Christmas, New Year and Easter weeks - £850 per week.
Note to rates: The house is suitable for up to five adults
