  • Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine; useful shed with dryer, freezer, extra fridge and storage for beach items

  • One well-behaved dog welcome but not upstairs or on the furniture thanks. £25 per booking

Rates 2026 - Friday to Friday bookings only

High season: July 3 to September 4; Christmas and New Year weeks; May half-term May 22 to 29 - £1900 per week.

Mid season: Easter, March 27 to April 10; May to June 28 excluding the May half term; September 4 to 25; October half-term - 23 to 30 - £1300 per week.

Low season: September 25 to end of April excluding the October half term, Christmas, New Year and Easter weeks - £1000 per week.

Note to rates: The cottage is suitable for up to six adults but can house eight if that includes children. For up to four guests, deduct £100.
