Rates 2025 - Friday to Friday bookings only
High season: June 28 to September 6; Christmas and New Year weeks; May half-term May 23 to 30 - £1850 per week.
Mid season: Easter, April 11 to 25; May to June 28 excluding the May half term; September 5 to 26; October half-term - 24 to 31 - £1250 per week.
Low season: September 26 to end of April excluding the October half term, Christmas, New Year and Easter weeks - £950 per week.
Note to rates: The cottage is suitable for up to six adults but can house eight if that includes children. For up to four guests, deduct £100.
