Rates 2025 - Friday to Friday bookings only
High season: June 28 to September 6; Christmas and New Year weeks; May half-term 23 May to May 30 - £1600 per week.
Mid season: Easter, April 11 to 25; May to June 28 excluding the May half term; September 5 to 26; October half-term - 24 to 31 - £1150 per week.
Low season: September 26 to end of April excluding the October half term, Christmas, New Year and Easter weeks - £850 per week.
